Project Question List
You can see all the imported questions in the Project Question List section (left section) on the View Questions page. On the question list, you can do the following:
Click the Assigned To Me or All Questions buttons to filter the question list accordingly.
You can also see the number of questions assigned to you as well as the total number of questions in the project.
Your Salesforce System Administrator can also set the default focused view for each user by enabling Focused View and Focused View For Owner options under the RFx Project Configuration custom settings.
Click the Sort By icon and select any of the following options to sort the question list. By default, it is sorted with Created Date Ascending.
Created Date Ascending
Created Date Descending
Owner Name Ascending
Owner Name Descending
The status of each question is indicated by one of the following colors :
Red: Unanswered
Amber: In Draft
Purple: In Review (if review cycle active)
Light Green: Ready to Mark as Complete (Reviewers have approved, but the Project Owner is pending to complete a final check)
Dark Green: Marked as Completed (response is ready to go to the client)
Click on the Avatar icon and search for the user to assign the question to the Assignee(s) and Reviewer(s) along with the due date and comments as per your business use case. The Assignee & Reviewer Assignment pop-up appears.
To enable the reviewer field for the review process, go to the Project Settings and set the Enable Project Question Review option.
Note: This project setting must be configured in Project Settings when the project is created and cannot be changed while the project is in progress.To notify the user as soon as they have been assigned a question, check the Notify Assignee Now checkbox, otherwise, the user will be notified based on the system settings set by the team during implementation.
You can also view the name of any two fields of the Project Question object below the question in the question list section (left section).
Note: Your Salesforce system administrator can set fields from the Project Question object > Field Sets > SubHeaderFieldSet. Only the first two fields will be displayed.
