Processing RFx Responses

This section describes how to create an RFx document based on a questionnaire that you’ve received from a potential customer. You can take the unstructured data from within a Word or Excel document and seamlessly transfer it into Salesforce, or your CRM, to be turned into structured information by simply adding those documents to the Files section.
