Auto Retrieve Notifications

Go to the Project Actions section in any Project record and click the Retrieve Answers to auto-retrieve the answers from Response Library.

Click the Retrieve button from the “Do you want to retrieve answers for this project?” pop-up screen. You will be navigated to another pop-up screen where the retrieving process takes place.

Email Notification

The pop-up screen displays a message that the answer retrieval process is initiated and the system will notify you by email. Once the process is completed, you will receive a notification via email as shown.

The summary of the notification email shows the total number of questions processed and the number of questions that are auto-responded to with the answers. The email gives you detailed information about the project submitted date & time, owner, status, and project due date. You can click on the Open Project button to go to the project record and the View Questions button to view all questions.

Salesforce Notification

Apart from email notifications, you (login user) also receive a Salesforce notification within the bell icon. Click the bell icon to see the status of the project. You can also click on the notification to navigate to the View Questions page.
