Response Version

The Response Version indicates the versioning of the Response. At some point, the details in the Response will be available in the Response Version. When you publish the Draft Response, it creates a Response Version and mark it as Active. There can be only one active Response Version for the Response. You can click the Edit As Draft button on Response or Response Version, it will create a Draft Response Version and you can make changes to it and publish the version.

This is useful for tracking changes to the responses over time. For example, if you publish the responses for multiple times, each new response will create a new version that can be compared to the previous versions to see how the answers have changed.
