Response Version Highlight Fields

Admin with the required permission can configure these fields.

You can configure the fields on the highlight panel of the Response Version page from the Response Version Highlight Fields.

To configure the Highlight Panel under Response Version

1. Go to Setup and click the Object Manager tab.

2. Search and select Response Version from the Quick Find search bar.

3. Click the Field Sets on the left side bar.
   You can see various field labels display under the field sets.

4. Click the Response Version Highlight Fields on the Field Label column.

5. Drag and drop any of the required fields from the palette into the list.

6. Click the Save button.
   The changes made will be reflected in the Response Version highlight panel.

Note:

Below fields are fixed and cannot be changed or removed from the highlight panel.

• Version Status

• Version Number

• Published By

• Published Date

If a Response is Archived, you can see the Archived By, Archived Date and Archive Reason as fixed fields.

But, you can add additional custom fields to the highlight panel by configuring them.
