Select Multiple Lines as Single Question
You can now merge multiple lines as a single question by selecting the lines/paragraphs and marking them as a single question.
Document Outline
If you have come across a document with questions across multiple places, you may lose track of what you have configured before importing. Not anymore, as now you can see the outline of what you’ve selected and scroll to the selected markings.
PDF Support Now Available in Beta
Avnio now supports importing PDF along with exporting it in source format as well. The feature is now available in beta. Avnio will convert the PDF file to a docx file to make it editable via Adobe Services. Once it is converted to a docx file, you can preview the file before starting the configuration.
As PDF file are complex, the conversion may not be accurate. Avnio is working with Adobe to improve the conversion process as it converts a lot of formatting to shapes, which is not supported by Avnio import. We strongly recommend making sure the converted file is without shapes.
If the converted file is inaccurate, Avnio recommends converting the PDF file to a docx using Microsoft Word.
We recommend that you download the converted file and make sure it is up to the mark before starting the configuration
Preview Word Files Before Configuration
You can now preview the file’s content before you start the configuration.
