New Features and Improvements

  • View Questions

    • Table View Actions

      • Retrieve Answers for Selected or All Project Questions.

        • Retrieve Answers : Project Action will retrieve answers for all questions under project

        • Retrieve Answers : Tables Action will retrieve answers for selected project questions

      • Mass Action is added in tables to Submit multiple project questions

    • Upload Supporting Document to Project Question Directly from View Questions Page

    • Save & Submit button added to Save and Submit questions at once

      • User can click on “Save & Submit” to save the current answer as well as submit question for review from this button.

  • Added Conditional Formatting for project questions based on status in table views

  • Avnio Advanced Notifications

    • Reminder Job should be executed on Business Days.

      Any project questions for which mail need to be sent, do not fall within business hours, System will send out those notification immediate earlier working day.

      For example any questions to be reminded on Saturday / Sunday, will be sent on Friday if Saturday & Sunday is configured as non business days.

      Business Days can be defined within salesforce Setup => Company Settings => Business Hours. Create new or edit existing record. Note that system will pick active and defaulted one.

      Note: This setting will work as per org’s configuration. By Default, salesforce enables all days as business days so there will not be any impact on release. Later customer can evaluate there requirement and configure business hours accordingly

    • [Notification] Support for Organisation wide Email address has been added in Avnio Email notifications which will help organisation to send out email notifications from more aligned & trusted addresses.

      Verified Organisation Email Address can be configured by going Setup => Custom Metadata => Avnio RFx Configuration => Notification Org Wide Email Address Name => Edit. Put name in Value field(its case sensitive).

      These will reflect in all Avnio notifications including

      • Auto Retrieving Answers

      • Assignee & Reviewer Notifications & Reminders

    • Assignee & Reviewer assignment notifications can be scheduled to any frequency like every 15 minutes or every hour instead of waiting for nightly job. To achieve this Salesforce Admin should schedule jobs accordingly.

Considerations for frequency lower than daily like hourly

System will wait for an hour(in case of hourly frequency) and then send all notifications for assignments. So there is possibility that user may get multiple emails on same day for same project. For example:

3:15 PM | Project Owner assigns 10 questions to Assignee under Project 00001

3:20 PM | Project Owner assigns 5 more questions to Assignee under Project 00001

3:59 PM | Project Owner assigns 2 more questions to Assignee under Project 00001

📧 4:00 PM | Assignee will get a notification with 17 questions under Project 00001

4:01 PM | Project Owner assigns 3 more questions to Assignee under Project 00001

4:30 PM | Project Owner assigns 2 more questions to Assignee under Project 00001

📧 5:00 PM | Assignee will get another notification with 5 questions under Project 00001

  • Avnio Translation

    • Ability to specify words to not translate during project translation
