Review from Project Settings

When you create a request for a new response, add an alternative answer to the existing response, or request an update in the existing question/answer, and/or alternative answer from the Reviews from Project action of the Project, it is added to the respective response's Reviews from Projects requests section. You can configure the highlight panel and details section on the Reviews from Projects requests page from Setup > Object Manager > Review from Project > Field Sets.
