Setup Loopio for Salesforce AI (Library Configuration)

To configure Loopio AI and Document Generation, go to App Launcher, search and select LFS Configuration, or click the Setup Now button for the Setup Loopio for Salesforce AI step on LFS Setup. This tab is only available for administrators.

The Library Config Setting is configured out-of-the-box after the installation of the Avnio RFx package; however, contact your Loopio Support Representative to get the necessary information for the Library Config Setting.

You can reindex the library by clicking the Reindex Library button. You must set the Enable Library Reindexing to true in Custom Metadata Types > Loopio for Salesforce Configuration to display the Reindex Library button on this page. For more information, see Reindex Library.

When reindexing is in progress and you click the Reindex Library button again, the following message appears: ”Reindexing is in progress. <first name> <last name> started reindexing on <date time> and x% of it is completed.”
