Response Settings Fields

Admins with the required permission can configure these fields.

You can configure the Response Settings Fields to display the desired fields in the Response Settings section on the Response record page based on the business requirement. The additional fields shown in this section are customizable and do not change frequently.

To configure the Response Settings

  1. Go to Setup and click the Object Manager tab.

  2. Search and select Response from the Quick Find search bar.

  3. Click the Field Sets on the left side bar.
    You can see various field labels display under the field sets.

  4. Click the Response Settings Fields on the Field Label column.

  5. Drag and drop any of the required fields from the palette into the list.

  6. Click the Save button.
    The changes made will be reflected in the Response Settings section.

You can edit the values in these fields on the Response Settings section by clicking the Edit icon beside it. Then, click the Save button to apply the changes.
