Record Delete History
You can track the delete history of Responses, Categories, or Tags by using the Record Delete History object.
To view the Record Delete History
Go to the App Launcher.
Search and select the Record Delete History object.
You will see a list of deleted records on the list view.
(Note: If it has not already been added as a new Custom tab in Salesforce, System Admin can add it using these steps. To learn how to create a custom tab, click here.)
You should consider the following points while deleting the Responses, Categories or Tags from the Response Library tab:
If you delete a Response, the system removes the main Response as well as related Response Versions; however, it creates an entry (Response Deleted) in the Record Delete History object only for the Response.
If you delete a Category or Tag from the Response, the system creates a new entry (Response Category Deleted or Response Tag Deleted) in the Record Delete History object.
If you delete a Category or Tag from the Response Library > Categories/Tags tab, the system creates a number of new entries (Category Deleted or Tag Deleted) based on how many Responses are associated with the appropriate Category or Tag.

For a deleted Response/Response Version, the Index Status changes from In Progress to Completed, and for a deleted Response Category/Response Tag, Category or Tag, the Index Status changes to Not Started in Record Delete History.
