How Can I Create a New Loopio Project Using the Loopio Go/No-Go App in Salesforce?

Permissions Required: A Salesforce license, with the Go/No-Go User permission set, is required to use the Loopio Go/No-Go app in Salesforce.

The Loopio Go/No-Go app in Salesforce will help your team to identify the right questionnaires to respond to. When using the Go/No-Go app in Salesforce, you will answer a set of questions configured by your team, and based on a scoring threshold you will either be able to create a Loopio Project or submit the responses to your team for further approval.

Launching the Go/No-Go Process

1. Open the Opportunity from which you want to kick off a Loopio project.

2. Click the New Go/No-Go Submission button at the top-right.

3. In the Go/No-Go Submission window that appears, answer the questions in each section.

   Tip: Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

4. Click Save.

Once your responses are submitted, you will see two possible options:

• If your answers met or exceeded the scoring threshold defined by your team, you will see a Create Loopio Project button.

  

• If your answers did not meet the scoring threshold, you will see an option to Submit for Approval.
