Categories Tab

In the Categories tab, you can view all the Categories available in the system. By default, you can see the default view; however, you can switch between multiple views by clicking the dropdown icon next to the view name. You can also create your view with the columns you want to see when you visit the Categories tab. For more information, you can review the LFS Tables Documentation > View Management section.

You can perform the following actions (highlighted in the image) by clicking the respective icons:

  • Search for the specific response

  • Create a new category

  • Refresh the list

  • Mass Update

  • Conditional formatting

  • Add or remove fields (columns) to display

  • Apply advance filters

  • Open in full screen

  • View Charts

  • View management

You can always review the individual category by clicking the Category Name link and getting information about how many Responses have this category added. To view the Response associated with a specific category, click the Response Category Number from the Category details page.

You can Edit, Delete, and Clone the category by clicking the respective button available on the Category details page.

When a Category that is being used in a Reviews from Project is deleted, the system will capture the deletion history in the Record Delete History object.
