Loopio for Salesforce Smart Compose

Loopio for Salesforce Smart Compose feature can be used when the user does not want to use the library's suggested response or if the confidence score is too low to use it as a response.

There are two options that you can enable for your user:

Option 1: Auto Complete

1. Go to Setup > search and select Custom Metadata Types.

2. Click the Manage Records link for the Loopio for Salesforce Smart Compose metadata type.

3. Set the value to true for Enable AutoComplete in PQ.

After setting up this, your user only needs to type some words to see the suggestion. Then, simply press the Tab key to auto-complete the suggested answer.

Option 2: Draft Automatically

1. Go to Setup > search and select Custom Metadata Types.

2. Click the Manage Records link for the Loopio for Salesforce Smart Compose metadata type.

3. Set the value to true for Enable Draft in PQ.

After setting up this, your user can use the Loopio for Salesforce Smart Compose button in the editor instead.

To get the response and have it automatically added as an answer, your user needs to enter the following information and click the Compose button.

• Response Length: Response length is the length of the generated text, in words, you'd like based on your question and library context. Note that the maximum response length supported is 500 words.
  The generated text would roughly correspond to the specified setting.

• Creativity: Creativity influences how the AI generates responses based on the question and the context of the library data. Use a setting of 0.3 for well-defined, straightforward answers, and 0.9 to explore more creative, unique, and unconventional responses.

Default and Recommended Settings

The following custom metadata settings include some default and recommended values; however, you can adjust them to meet your specific business requirements.

Enable Auto Complete in PQ	Set the value to true to display the Enable Smart Compose Auto Complete option under the Project Settings. Enable this option to see the Auto Complete button that provides content suggestion after typing few words.	true
